A program designed to assist superviory personnel to accomplish goals through effective use of their staff. Understanding the needs of associates is the key to succesful management. Most employees want to do a good job, sometimes ineffective communication can frustrate them and lead to less than maximum results.

This two day course will enable managers to help those they supervise by:
