12:30 Part 2 Quality Assurance Workshop
2:30 - Certificate of Completion presented.
3pm - Private consultation with DTI. (Please fill out time request and topic to be discussed on registration form)
Tuesday January 31:

8:30- Developing an Acceptable Corrective Action Plan Workshop
