Training is not the mere transfer of information from instructor to student. Training must be a holistic learning experience in which the instructor must fascilitate a whole learning environment. We must not rely merely on textbooks, but strive to involve the participants in the learning experience through "hands on" exercises, multimedia techniques and inovative presentations.
